Social Media Guidelines

Social media is a wonderful tool to help build relationships by communicating opportunities and important information with customers. We strongly encourage that you use social media to advertise yourself and Trio. Please keep in mind while you are promoting Trio, you may identify yourself as a Trio Preferred Agent (pending exam) but you may not act or feature yourself as the company of Trio. BEST PRACTICES WHEN POSTING

When posting something regarding Trio, we ask that the following best practices be followed.

1.

When posting and promoting Trio, you may only identify yourself as a Trio Preferred Agent if you have passed our test, provided all the necessary documentation, and are in current standing. You may only identify yourself as a Trio Preferred Agent or Trio Preferred Loan Officer, and advertise Trio as a product available to customers. You may not represent yourself as an employee of Trio or act/feature yourself as the company of Trio.

Follow all Trio branding guidelines. Please feel free to use our logos and any images or templates we provide on this website.

3.

You must tag Trio when posting something regarding Trio. This is done by placing the “@” sign before our social media name “ThinkTrio” (example: @ThinkTrio) and then selecting our social media branding. A list of our social media platforms can be found below.

4.

You must encourage customers to visit our customer website thinktrio.com. Useful phrases include:

There’s renting. There’s owning. Now, there’s Trio. thinktrio.com
Stop dreaming and start packing. Visit Trio at thinktrio.com.
No down payment? No problem. Visit thinktrio.com.

5.

Use the hashtag “#thinktrio” at the end of your post.
